<b>Location.</b> Positioned on Maui's sunny west shore at Honokowai, the ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores is four miles from the historic whaling village of Lahaina and within five miles of the championship golf courses of Kapalua and Kaanapali. With a favorable beachside location, this Hawaiian property is close to several popular beaches and many fine shops, galleries and restaurants. Praised by nature enthusiasts, the resort provides many remarkable vantage points for whale watching during whale season, which runs from December until April each year.<br><b>Hotel Features.</b> Resonating with an air of tropical enchantment, this imaginative Hawaiian escape features several waterfalls, lava rocks and koi-filled lagoons and streams. Rum punch flows amid festive music and dancing at the weekly Polynesian pool party. Guests can enjoy Hula lessons, children's programs and ocean-side massage. With the exception of the Hotel Room category, all condos have a full kitchen and a lanai (balcony).<br><br><b>Expert Tip.</b> Favored by families, this ResortQuest property even has youth activities at Camp Kaanapali, where children learn about Hawaiian culture with lei making and hula dancing.
